2. Purposes of use
- To review pre-registrations and communicate with you about membership availability.
- To send transactional messages related to your request (for example, confirmation of receipt).
- To improve our services and understand demand by city and segment, in aggregated form where appropriate.
3. Legal basis
We process your information based on your consent (including the consent checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interests in operating the waitlist and planning service availability.
4. Sharing and retention
We use service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) that process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. We retain pre-registration data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
